REGISTER YOUR SENDER IDS

To Register your sender ids, you must be have a registered account. When you login, go the right hand side of the drop down list and select Register Sender id. This will enable your message deliver to your contacts with your personalised Id. 

Unregistered sender id messages will be delivered as Bulksms or Inform to your contacts depending on the Network.

Note (It takes about 48 hrs for your Ids to be registered). 

DND stands for Do-Not-Disturb.

DND service is a service introduced by Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) that enables mobile subscribers to opt out of marketing/promotional messages of which bulk SMS is classified as one. Hence, mobile numbers on the DND list are not able to receive bulk SMS via the regular route.

To deliver to DND numbers, we make use of hosted SIMs. 

HOW TO CHECK YOUR DND STATUS

To check your DND status, text ‘STATUS’ to ‘2442’ (works for all GSM networks in Nigeria). 

HOW TO OPT OUT OF DND

To opt out of DND, 

• MTN: text ‘ALLOW’ to ‘2442’
• GLO: text ‘CANCEL’ to ‘2442’
• 9Mobile: text ‘START’ to ‘2442’
• Airtel text ‘ALLOW’ to ‘2442’
